Aerial Fitness (For All Levels)
Join us on Sunday & Thursday evenings for a combination of core strengthening and full-body cross-training circuits while creatively using aerial apparatuses! All skill levels are welcome and modifications can be provided to increase or decrease intensity.

Flexibility
In this conditioning-focused class, we'll stretch hips, back and arms using both active and passive stretching methods. Great for tight athletes of any discipline!

Aerial Yoga
Join Momentum for our Aerial Yoga class! Utilize silk hammocks to assist with traditional yoga poses in this fun, yoga-centered class taught by physical therapist Amy Flory. Aerial yoga is a wonderful way to incorporate the benefits of yoga with the fun and creativity of aerial arts. It is a gentle and accessible way to experience the silks, rooted in traditional yogic movement.
Please note: this is a yoga class. If you'd like to learn more advanced skills in the silks, you may want to consider joining our Silks level 1a classes.
