Minor (students under 18) Safety Policies

1. We cannot ensure the safety of any person(s) congregating outside of the studio before/after studio hours. For the drop off / pick up of minors (students under 18), please do not drop off your child(ren) at the studio more than 10 minutes before class, and please do not leave your child(ren) unattended if an instructor is not yet present. Minors waiting to be picked up must wait inside the studio under instructor supervision. 

2. Three sets of eyes are required for all class and private lessons with minors. This looks like the instructor, the student, and another person of any age. A parent or guardian, or another staff member must be present during private lessons with minors. 

   Electronic communication (email, private messages, etc) with minors must include a parent/guardian and/or another program representative.

3. Registered sex offenders must notify Momentum Aerial via email at info@momentumaerial.org. Depending on the level of sentencing, sex offenders may not be permitted on the premises.
