Meet the Panelists and Cast of Hungry Hearts Cabaret & Love Advice Show!

One of our absolute favorite shows to put on is our signature Hungry Hearts Cabaret and Love Advice Show. This is an annual show that happens around Valentine’s Day, giving our audience a fun activity to do with loved ones around the holiday. If you haven’t been yet, Hungry Hearts is a two act show, beginning with a panel that answers questions from the audience, and closing itself out with an array of awe-inspiring performances from local and regional professional steaming hot performers!

Hungry Hearts has been a part of our lives here at Momentum for a long time— since 2015! The show is constantly evolving with new performers, panelists, and the meaning that lies behind each act. You will never see the same show twice! The sheer amount of creativity and skill displayed in this show is what makes it so special, both to everyone putting on the event, as well as the audience. This year, we wanted to take the time to introduce you to our incredible cast, full of incredibly talented and qualified people… so, without further ado, meet the people that made Hungry Hearts 2025 possible!

Meet the amazing panelists of Hungry Hearts 2025!

Dunya Cope is a local therapist and coach, combining Somatic Experiencing, Existential Kink, and training from the Somatica Institute for sex and relationship coaching in her work. She has been a practicing therapist for a decade and loves supporting people in pleasure practices, embodiment, self knowledge, and relational and communication skills for deep relationships of all kinds. She loves supporting the nuances of open relationships, exploring kink and other sexual practices, and supporting expansive gender journeys. Dunya is available for one on one work and will have more online and group offers coming up, so follow her for more content. Dunya also plays roller derby and just got gay married!

Karasu Tokioka has worked in the field of mental health for many years, completing a Master's in counseling in 2024. Last summer he completed his internship at Gentle Path, a world-renowned treatment facility for sex addiction, getting training from a wide variety of experts such as Dr. Stephanie Carnes, Dr. Patrick Carnes, Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Resmaa Menakem, Dr. Laurence Heller, and Dr. Kevin McCauley. He has certification in Gottman's couples counseling and he is currently completing training with Dr. Tammy Nelson to become a Sex Therapy Informed Professional.

Before becoming a stand-up comedian Sandra Risser received a degree in Psychology from UCLA and one in Education from University of Minnesota. Over the next 40 years she conducted personnel research, taught school, was a computer systems analyst and owned a travel agency. At the age of 60 she followed her heart and became a stand-up comedian. As a 23 year veteran of comedy Sandra Risser is funny, sexy (for her age) and irreverent. She believes in the Tooth Fairy, Santa Clause and clean underwear. Audiences of all ages love her tales of growing up and dating during the golden age of sex, drugs and rock 'n roll. She headlines and features at clubs, casinos and other venues across the United States, performs at comedy festivals and does one woman shows at fringe festivals. She took first place in the Funniest Comedian in the Valley competition in Phoenix and second place in the World Series of Comedy in Sarasota FL. You can hear her on Sirius XM.

Revelucien (pictured on the left) is a local Dragstaff Queen and has been performing drag in Flagstaff for 9 years. You can catch Revel dancing on stages, driveways, and bar dance floors, telling jokes on mics, hosting bingo, reading books to kids, hyping up spin classes, hosting mini golf, and riding mechanical bulls, all while looking fabulous. Revel uses drag as an outlet for creativity, and a tool to embrace everything that can make one feel othered, because there is strength in our differences. Revel also knows that life can present its own unique difficulties when you present masculine or feminine at different times, and is here to answer your questions about gender and queer/drag culture.

Sydney Tolchinsky is a sexual health educator for County Health. Her days are spent mostly answering questions about sex, and she is especially excited to be able to answer some of yours. Sydney wants to thank the Hungry Hearts Cabaret for this opportunity to support such amazing causes and to be able to promote healthy sexuality in Flagstaff.


Meet the Choreographers of Hungry Hearts Cabaret 2025

Zephyr has been dancing in Phoenix for almost 2 decades, has toured internationally and danced principal roles in multiple evening length works. They are excited to premiere a duet that seeks to capture the essence of new love! 


Since 2019, Kaylee Ford has been captivating audiences with her aerial artistry and variety performances. With a passion for tissu she has won multiple competitions including the Aerial Arts Society and Aerial Star Organization. As an aerialist based in Las Vegas she shares her passion for the art form teaching. Experience the magic of tissu and chains at Hungry Hearts Cabaret in Flagstaff AZ this February 15th!


Cameron McCathern is a local pole artist and apprentice at Momentum Aerial. She has a dance background and has performed in the 2024 season of Hungry Hearts Cabaret as well!

@elimarie27 on Instagram, Elisa Reed has a BFA and MFA in Dance and has been doing aerial arts since 2010. She is also the Artistic Director of the show for the second year in a row. She is very excited to be a part of Hungry Hearts again!


Joanie is the co-owner of Momentum Aerial and the original creator of Hungry Hearts Cabaret & Love Advice Show. She has grown this show from a gritty cabaret performed at the former Green Room (Now Yucca North) to a professional production at NAU. She has loved every year of HHC for its variety, heart, passion and eye-brow raising sexiness!
