In May, Momentum had the opportunity to work with an eclectic mix of NAU employees at a team building retreat called CAPCOT (Capital Planning and Campus Operations of Northern Arizona University). The retreat was facilitated by Sharron Tewksbury-Bloom of Do Good Be Good.

It was fun to work with NAU professionals from a variety of sectors. From law enforcement to food services and accounting; everyone was able to bring their insight and life experience to the retreat. That was one of the reasons this retreat was so much fun. We got to bring out people’s inner “Circus Spirit”, help them work together, play, and build trust, and even juggle. These skills can be applied in their every day work settings. Most of all, we had a blast. Thanks for having us, Sharon!
